And I think with the electronic mail via ETX, there shouldn't be any further verification by schools again since they are the one sending it directly to WES.

I am in the same situation, i used ETX since February this year but am yet to get any result.

That's the thing. I am a Nigerian. I have functioning GTB account with money inside and BVN. I didn't get what they were saying. Sorry you can't find the Barter account with Nigerian account. What then brought me to their app?

They told me not to delete the app. Hahaha

Mine worked one hand without stress, i downloaded the app created a new virtual card funded the card with the dollar equivalent from my stanbict ibtc account with my debit card. then i entered the virtual card details on the WES website and it went at once.
Just make sure you fund your account with an amount a little bit above the money you are to pay to WES because you will be charged for the virtual card you created and another one from WES. The transaction was confirmed by all the parties involved after some days then i withdrew the excess amount left on my card to my bank account.

No. She needs to evaluate HND and OND to get two or more degrees. The highest earned degree is applicable for Masters, PhD, or if someone only has a Bachelors.

HND and OND will give more points than HND alone.

I did WES Evaluation recently, wife should evaluate HND only. There is an explanation on their website that only highest earned degree should be evaluated and other professional certification if any.

If it is more than 100 US dollars then it won't go. You need a dollar card for such transactions. The new CBN policy says, foreign transactions more than a hundred dollars a day won't fly.
