I Postulated the estimate/approximate of the total sum(thus, #35k)... not exact amount. FYI, #500 daily for 30/31 days should give #15,000/#15,500 + alawi (#19,800) that equals #34,800/#35,300 ... I "did the math" before posting what i did earlier...

I think that was arrived at from the average sum of the newly approved #500-per-day feeding allowance and the normal 19,800 alawi.. the sum of (#500 daily for a month) and 19,800 should give an estimate of #35,000.
