When i complained about this guy after I paid to receive "A" only to receive "a', he hired a certain online lawyer to question me and defend him with many other monikers throwing in goodwill messages. But I was glad it happened in public space. For years now I have been reading other genuine shoppers complaints. And it's like the online lawyers has either not been paid or went for skills acquisition. Lenovo suppose award (baka) for vintage refurbished model sales return award.

I do not go about castigating people, I have also received items from sellers on nairaland,i am not the type that want to complain about a used gadget that is working perfect but has scratches on the body.

If you can come here to talk now.... What will happen if an item is not working fine?

Anyone into the business knows an item can be tested working and in the next few hours it malfunctions, I try my best and can not scam anyone.

Read to understand than talking without understanding,, I did not send him the phone when I found out it was doing on and off like after using it to about 2hrs and the battery will run down, I had to recheck again to be sure, I told him that I will get new battery bc I do not want complain after purchase, then after getting new battery the issue continued, we agreed that he will take another phone, the main issue here is that he did not like most of the phones I showed him and at other times he was not around to see the ones I sent on WhatsApp, so finally he wants a refund... If I did not send an item that is faulty to him after I found out it is faulty.... How do you think I want to eat the 15k?

Everyone knows how to come online to castigate people,, he agreed to take another phone and in the WhatsApp we have been negotiating about another item for replacement, many people do it when they don't like an item or an item is faulty they will take another item, myself do it too when I purchase items from people.

It is nothing new... 15k is too big and too small and do not come here to talk as if INNOBARCA owe you money.

The person involved knew exactly how it all happened, and I do not believe he thinks I scammed him for telling him the item is faulty beforehand.

In business there must be gains and loss, save your name and refund the 15k, you can't always make gains all the time, afterall it wasn't the buyer's fault the the phone has issues, mind you when i bought a laptop from you i noticed you used paper to wedge the hard drive so as to prevent it from moving (something you never mentioned in your advertisement) when i complained you said i can't get such a cheap laptop anywhere else, this was the reason why i didn't nag about the issue anymore ( yet again you never mentioned it in your post) then there have been other buyers complaining about the cosmetic faults on your products that you don't usually mention.
All these points to issues that seriously need to be addressed cause one bad complaint can wreck your business beyond repairs...

You also know that in business, u can never satisfy everyone... Never.
