5k out of 15k was used to buy battery,the battery is still available bc the shop did not accept the battery back.... That is the only reason I offered him to take another item instead losing 5k,, he told me that when I have another cheap phone I should let him know,I have showed him phones up until 2 weeks ago, he either don't like the phone or he doesn't have money at that moment, it is not as if we agreed a refund since January.... It's really funny.

He did not post chats of where he was talking about another phone and price.... I knew he won't post all that, more reason I keep records of everything

Seriously I am really disappointed in him, I follow all his posts and all he keeps telling the buyer is that he should add money to the 15k even when the buyer has said he doesn't wanna to buy again, seems our good old @innobarca has gone to the dark side cause there is no reason on earth for him not to return 15k. Its really appalling...

Read my message, 15k is too big and too small... There is a problem with 5k out of the 15k,, that is the more reason he is offered another phone,, battery was bought 5k,, the battery is still kept till today bc I am very careful with people

I found it hard to believe him at first,because someone of your calibre and reputation won't want to mess him self up because of 15k.
But from the chats shown to him,it seems you are purposely using tricks and tactics into forcing him to buy a phone from you by force,
If you simply don't have what you advertised to him,
Kindly do well to refund him in full.
Is it a crime he trusted you for payment before delivery?
I won't want a situation where by you are been called out and your reputation you have built over the years becomes soiled,
It's not the first time you have been called out.

I only replied u for the sake of it,,, u already tried the case and concluded it is a crime.... A small phone of 15k was paid for and 5k was taken from the 15k to get battery, later found out it is not even battery problem that is disturbing the phone, returnd the battery so I can get 5k and refund him 15k,those people refused to accept the battery back saying I tested the battery bf leaving,, I can not refund him 10k so I asked him to add small money and take another small phone, I have showed him many cheap phones since then and some he need only to add 10k or 15k but he either say he is not around then or he don't like the one I showed him or he don't have money then, the last phones offered to him not up to 3 weeks are Motorola e5play and a cracked screen Samsung phone of 30k 35k,,,the Motorola he said he doesn't like and the Samsung he is a friend of screen,, those phones are sold same day.

What do you have me do? Bc I do not refund money on used items, the person will take another item and add little money or take another item worth the amount.

Now, there is no no phone of 15k... I do not normally have small phones again.
Since he has refused to add little money and take another small phone, should I refund him 10k or 15k (5k used to buy battery) that the shop refused to accept back.

Lastly... It is not the first time he has bought small phone from me, the screenshot of chats where he was offered Motorola recently, he did not post those chats.

So I want you to tell me what to do... Mind you, the 5k used to buy battery is a loss now.

That is why he is offered other cheap phones rather than refunding money which is a bit difficult bc 5k already lost out of the 15k.


15k is too big and too small... Someone can give the money out or even waste it a day,, but business is business.

I ask again,,, what do you suggest I do?

Repeating 1 thing to him all the time is tiring.

I have nothing to do with his 15k..... What I can not do is take a loss of 5k for the battery, that's is the more reason I offered him other cheap phones, if he want to take the loss of 5k for the battery they refused to accept back, then I am cool with it

U have been offered many cheap android phones, just to add small money like 20k 15k to take another phone, but u always have excuses,, u will wait until a phone of 15k is available then u can take it.
