Like u have been told it's a normal thing at this stage of pregnancy, but i also suggest you engage urself in very light exercise like stretching. It will help to lighten up the muscles around the legs. Another thing you need to consider is that you should reduce your sitting down in a place for a longer time, you can just walk around in ur room or around the house for 2mins it would really help u a great deal. I pray that you will have a safe delivery when the due time comes.... |
