Have you ever wondered what taking bitter leaf soup regularly can do for your health?A study in the Nov. 2001 issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that diets rich in the fatty acids- Linoleic and Linolenic, are protective against cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure and Stroke.
