Let's assume I received a Loan of #1.5m..u said they won't tax loan.. The money gets to my account...and I start using it to purchase what I obtained the Loan for.... So, how would u knw its Loan am spending so that u won't Tax my Loan (because all ur VAT, stamp duty, etc)...
