Why did he slap the child in the first place?? Is slapping a way of discipline..?? 2 don cut 4.. He (teacher) beats or bully the child... Parents came beat or bully the teacher... No case.. If the teacher had use a sticcain on the child..then, we may call it discipline.. But slapping the child is a physical assault and not discipline... This is horrendous and dismal pismal decision against the sovereignty of a National team called S.Eagles.. It is lugbricious, it is sardonic and it is dismal primal for FIFA to appoint an erratic and horriferous anlmalistic entity like a southafrican to officiate a much important match like this..
