oyewole123: Will be expecting but it is two week the ride has been in the port and almost 5weeks since we started this deal, so how will u keep to the 6-7 weeks delivery time you promised me earlier??[b]If Your Vehicle was not M/Benz, I would have Proceeded Without a Spare Key Being Procured and Programmed by Mercedes Benz USA, All Along I kept you Updated about the Spare Key Update. I have had a Nasty Experience about Mercedes Benz and Key Issues in the Past. I shipped in a 2008 Benz GL Class, When the Vehicle got to Lagos Port, the Key was Misplaced/Stolen, No Key to Even Start the Vehicle, Mercedes Benz USA Will not Issue another Key Because Per Anti Theft Law, the Vehicle is Required to be Sighted Physically and Photographed by the Dealer Before a Key Is Ordered from the Factory. Mercedes Benz Nigeria, Will Not Order for me Unless I register with 750,000 naira "SERVICE Charge" Because the Vehicle was Shipped in from the USA and was still under Warranty. I had to Register the Vehicle with 750,000 Naira, The Vehicle Was then Trucked from Tin Can Port to M/Benz in VI and another Key was Ordered. Mercedes Benz Key is not like every other regular Toyota or Honda Key, the VIN Is programmed to the Key and there is No 2 Ways About it. I had to Sort the Spare Key of your ML Benz Premium Package Out Before Trucking Simple Because I WOULD NEVER EVER SHIP A M/BENZ Without a SPARE KEY EVER again !!!! I have learnt my Lessons. The Vehicle has been delivered to the Port for Customs Clearing and Shipping and I have sent you Photos To Confirm that Unfortunately I have no Influence Over US Customs Clearing as each vehicle has to be Certified for Export However Based on experience, Clearing Should have been Done now and Awaiting to be Loaded on a Vessel. I will update you Via email once I receive a Signal of Sailing Date. Cheers[/b] |
