It is a perplexing situation. Whose fault is it that the registration was not complete? Was it not Ncc that provided the registration guidelines. If so, then is it that it was Mtn and Co that did not implement the guidelines fully? Again, why did Ncc have to wait this long to come up with this incomplete information stuff and what is the assurance that we will not be told sometime in the future that our registration is incomplete? This is not yet giving us up to 2 million litres of petrol throughput (what they seek to achieve in October) According to the report, 60% efficiency will give 2 million litres of pms (this is wrong as the % of 60000bpd with respect to installed capacity of 110,000bpd is 54.5%). Also, at 100% efficiency level, the refinery can only deliver 3.667 million litres of pms (petrol) not the 6 million they seek to achieve next year based on the current installed capacity of the Kaduna refinery.

Let the number of people be n. Therefore, 1 person can only shake hands with (n-1) people. The rest (n-1) people will each shake hands with (n-1). Identical hand shakes will be repeated not times. Only one of the repeated handshake will be valid. Therefore, n(n-1) - (n-1)=120 Or n^2 - n - n+1 =120

@ integrator, you have a good chance to get placement in any of the oil firms in Abu Dhabi, with in the 3 months period u will be on ground looking for job. How ever, I will still advise like always leave your mind open to accept any other job for a start should u fail to get the desired job u really wanted. Gain the mandatory 2 years experience thereafter, you can continue the search for your rightful career choice and with God on your side, plus the experience you would have acquired, you will sure get the job.

Looking at the ballot papers carefully, the thumb printing was done for APC not PDP. Reason is that the parties are arranged alphabetically and the thumb print is closer to letter a than it is to letter p below. Just look again.

Its also the reason life expectancy here is too low.

Very true my brother. It will be almost easier for a camel to go through the eye of the needle than for a seating president to be voted out of office. The seating president has all the arsenal in his domain. In-short, he has the cake and the knife and can cut as he pleases. ONLY A WILLING HEART WILL ALLOW FOR TRANSPARENT ELECTIONS.
