I have not I have raised countless tickets and I keep getting unrelated responses

This has been like that for close to 2 months now ? I have reported to them and one of their supporconfirmed it's a technical issue that I am supposed to navigate to future month even if there are no slot available

Its not for the month but for the selected location.

Since its showing you that there are no available appointments for the location, it means regardless of the month or year you choose... there are no appointments available.

Also, the calendar did not freeze, you can't move forward because there are no available slots.

That message was displayed because no available date for the present month, however the other calendar is frozen and I can't navigate past the present month. So it is a system issue

Hello guys, I am new here. Please, I am having an issue with this Avits calendar even before the new directive. The issue I’m experiencing is while trying to schedule my visa interview appointment. Although I have completed my payment and selected a delivery option,
The calendar interface on the scheduling page is unresponsive. I cannot click to navigate to upcoming months (e.g., June or July) to view available dates. The system seems to be returning an error indicating there are no available dates for my selected location( note i had to swtich from lagos to abuja and non of these location seem open at all) , but the main issue is that the calendar is not clickable at all, preventing me from checking future availability or proceeding with my scheduling. i have raised countless tickets, and it seems it is a bot that is replying to me. Is there anybody experiencing this issue, or experienced and how was it sorted? Thank you all
