There's something called Ausbildung in Germany. Companies will train you for three year while paying you averagely €800 to €2500 depending on the company. That's enough for your living expenses monthly. When you're done, your chances of employment is almost 100%.

For requirements, you need B1 German, and for nursing it's B2. All you need to do is have the language certificate, apply, then get your visa.

Getting a visa in Nigeria is more than a year for that, and the companies will not wait. Here's my suggestion

Get residence permit from Benin republic, Senegal or Gambia. It has to stay for 6 months before you can apply for visa in those counties. From now till then, you can learn German to B1/B2 if you're serious.

When you get the Ausbildung offer, use the residence permit and you'll be in Germany. There's no need for proof of Funds because the offer meets that. Good luck

There's one thing though; your employer has to prove that no other German, EU citizen, or refugee in Germany was qualified, available, and interested in filling that slot.

Edit: the law has being changed, employer doesn't need to prove this again.

You're welcome

Microsoft Exchange

Then Teams which I believe you should know.
wow, whole time I was thinking your work is kind of business analysis. I just did some Google search and this is a real technical role (server admin, security admin). Did you write any cert exam like sc-900?

True, but to work as a Microsoft 365 freelancer on upwork, you need to learn the ones I mentioned. I barely use one drive aside using it to backup my jobs on Jupiter notebook. The rest, I don't really use them.
Okay I get you, thank you.

IT Support and MS 365 support.
Okay. I'll have to go down the rabbit hole looking for resources to learn. I'd have loved to pay the guy but location and finance is an issue.

As for the application, the guy that trained me used a special link which he refused to share with me to apply directly to MS 365. There are people who have the direct link. Such that if you apply by 11am today, before 2pm, someone would reach out to you.

And note, it's a contract job which they'll renew every 6 months depending on how well your performance is.
well noted, thank you!

I don't. Your apology wasn't necessary.
I'm glad, thank you.

Hello bro, you can ask your question here?
Hello Good morning, I appreciate you getting back to me.

My question is, what platform in ms365 are you working in?

I'm familiar with SharePoint, one drive, power app, power automate and power bi. This is under the powerapp platform of Microsoft too.

Another thing is, how did you structure your upwork profile? Did you position as a ms solution expert or IT support expert and what kind of gigs did you apply to.

I apologize If you find my questions "intrusive". Thank you!
Career / Re: Should I Go For A Masters Degree Or Remain Jobless At Home? by InteliJ(f): 7:00pm On Feb 20
BucketMan:
Hello guys, please I need your advice. I'm currently in a dilemma on what to do with my life presently. I'm a lawyer called to the bar in December 2022. Afterwards I practiced in a law firm for 6 months before resigning due to the meagre salary and harsh work environment. I just couldn't keep up, Although I can confirm that legal practice was very terrific but it's something that you can only enjoy if you're well paid at the Law firm or company you work with to effectively maintain the standard expected from you.

I've been jobless for 8 months now as all the efforts I put into securing a job ended in futility. I'm thinking of going for my masters degree(LLM) instead of staying idle at home with my parents. I think by doing this I can keep myself busy and improve on my career academically while also trying to find a good job in today's Nigeria.

Serious advice needed please
Can you sponsor your masters?

10 SOLID reasons I personally voted Tinubu:

1. He is a Muslim and a foundational Yoruba man. Also, as a Muslim, I 100% support the Muslim-Muslim ticket. Religion comes first before the progress of the nation to me.
2. He graduated First Class as an accountant and have over 20yrs experience working at Deloitte (Do am if e easy!).
3. It's his turn to be president (I mean why not?) even if he doesn't have what it takes.
4. Because he built Lagos.
5. Despite that he's weak, we need his brain and not his body.
6. He knows how to assemble technocrats (you can see the minister of power, ICT and digital economy, Defense and other ministries)
7. Although he's a convicted drug lord, I voted him because for a corrupt country like Nigeria, we need a thief to catch other thiefs.
8. As a strong hater of statistics, during his campaign when he asked "na statistics we go chop?" that sealed my decision to vote him.
9. As an aspiring military person and a lover of corn and agbado, I love that he promised to enrol us in the Nigerian military and also give us free corn and agbado (dem no dey generous pass like this).
10. Finally, he's the most competent among the Agulu fraud and Mikano generator guy.

I LOVE BOLA AHMED TINUBU AND WILL VOTE HIM COME 2027, HATERS OF NIGERIA CAN WAIL AND DIE!
