HOLLAND SCHOLARSHIP 2020/2021 FOR BACHELOR'S OR MASTER'S STUDY IN THE NETHERLANDS The Dutch Ministry of Education is offering 24 fully funded Masters degree scholarships through Maastricht University High Potential Scholarships for International Students. However, scholarships are awarded to academically talented individuals motivated to further their studies. The Maastricht University (UM) Holland-High Potential Scholarship programme is worth €29.000 which will cover tuition fees and monthly stipend among other expenses.
