Not really,I know that Chinese Government Scholarship has to do with your packaging of your docs.
Between,2:2 graduates are eligible to apply in the ongoing NDDC Scholarship(Lots of 2:2 graduates are beneficiaries of this scholarship).There is also another scholarship spearheaded by some African Countries(I have forgotten the name),you can make your research.Cheers

@Op,acquiring a Masters Degree is not a waste of time,you might not get the benefit now but someday in the future an opportunity will present itself and one of the requirements might be "candidate must be a Masters Degree holder".

As regard scholarship,there are some scholarships that are fully funded(Eg. Chinese Government Scholarship,Taiwan Government Scholarship,I think Korean Government Scholarship etc,just make your research).

We have PTDF Scholarship,DAAD Scholarship,MasterCard Scholarship,NDDC(which is open presently)and lots of others you can find online.
Not forgetting Federal Scholarship Board/BEA Scholarship.

However there is a difference between Resume and Curriculum vitae for those who might not know.

After drafting your Professional Resume/CV,the next step is taking the right steps in applying. It is not a good idea to send your Resume/CV to about 5 email addresses at once,it clearly shows you are not packaged/professional enough.

Also,unless you were asked by your Dad/Uncle/Aunt/Family friend to bring your Resume/CV,always send your Resume/CV with a well drafted Cover Letter. Your Cover letter is like your sales letter to the Organization(you stating succinctly why you should be invited for an interview and the skills you possess that can help the organization grow).
