Social media is vastly different from reality. I have observed that the loud opinions of those "braggers on social media" don't tend to reflect the opinions of the vast majority.

A lot of men don't appear to hold that belief of "nothing to benefit" from marriage. Just some misinformed noisemakers who are not or have never been married. That they shout it daily doesn't mean that the tens of millions of men in real life share the same line of thought.

It's our environment that caused it, a result of the SUN. Our brains are already fried. I have done several research and observations about how a typical Nigerian behave and your description is exactly what I got as my results. I attribute it to our environment which makes us behave the way we do, and it's now a cultural thing. It's now a norm to behave very erratic, loud, aggressive, forceful, unstable, unorganised.
Take for example: Keep 12 bottles of coke on a table, then ask 10 Nigerians who are gathered in a place to go and take coke from the table, there will be stampede just to take 1 coke each. Meanwhile the coke will go round, even with 2 extra left if they conduct themselves in an orderly manner, stay in cue and gently move and take the coke one after the other.....but NO!
One person would want to have 4 bottles to himself alone, starving the rest, of which he don't care so far he has more than enough.
This is exactly how our society is. That is our psychic. From the politicians down to the road side corn seller, we are all the same people, taking what we don't need and more than what we actually need, denying others of that same opportunity.

I'm not saying what she's doing is right, but maybe she is telling the truth about those menstrual cramps because some ladies would have mood swings during those days and would just want to isolate themselves from the world.

You have not worked with tech at an enterprise level.

You are still thinking of using code to develop a calculator solution. It is more and deep than that. So you expect a company like first bank to subject their code to chat gpt. Chat gpt simply make life a bit easier but most codes being churned out require refactoring and understanding of design principles and patterns.

The first step to failing in tech is to go into it for the financials alone. It’s a sure way to failure.

Companies in the US and Europe still recruit the best hands . There’s something lacking in your skill set if you are not getting interviewed.

Tech is an art and you need to learn the fundamentals. I get enough invites all over the world with relocation package that I even choose to ignore

You're right on the last paragraph. But you also don't know the kinds of spirit those seeing it on social media who aren't even related to members of your family are possessed with. A single snap at the picture with their evil eye is enough to attack the pregnancy, either before birthing it or afterwards. I had shared the experience of my friend here before. It's not related to pregnancy at all but how the evildoers do operate. He obtained his visa at the US embassy several years ago. I was the one who accompanied him to the embassy. I collected his mobile phone and waited outside for him otherwise, I'd have doubted his experience. His visa was approved and we were so happy.

As soon as he picked up his passport he headed for place to show me. I was so happy, 4 months validity,unlike now that they're giving multiple of 5 years. My guy was showing his visa to everyone, both men and women. In short he travelled. On getting to JFK, he was accosted by the CBP who asked for his passport. He said his picture on the biodata didn't match the scanned picture on the visa sticker. He was just laughing but the man looked serious. He was referred for secondary inspection,after which his fingers were scanned and his visa page appeared on the screen, indicating it was authentic. These people still didn't believe him. He was put inside a cold cell and deported the following day to Nigeria. 2 different men of God who didn't know each other said a particular lady photocopied the visa with her evil eyes and took it to the spirit realm to cancel . He was traveling with an empty passport without noticing. She said so, you too want to go and make it abi? No way! Truly when I saw the visa, it was cancelled with a red pen. This guy prayed very hard before he could get another visa years after.

So unfortunate, the depths of evil to which some people will sink.

But, what exactly did the lady in question have against your friend, to the extent of going to nullify his visa? Can you kindly shed some more light on that?
