atiteb4: exactly Study Visa shouldn’t be this difficult honestly. It’s tiring and the worst is their timeline. Nobody knows if your application decision will come this month or in December.. considering some people applied since February and are yet to know anything. |

happachris: Please what does the gift of deed document contains or how did you draft the document? A Deed of gift is a document that transfers ownership of money or property to a person with no consideration or payments. Usually among family members or friends. Check google for templates. |

EmeeNaka: You mean IRCC asked you to Submit the CAC documents of your Sponsors Company? As in Why? Did you claim that your Sponsor will support you from the proceed of their Company? I submitted the CAC documents of my sponsor cos I stated we had family businesses. The certificate of incorporation would generally suffice but with IRCC, I had to throw in the towel by submitting everything mehn. |

atiteb4: I don't think that NSE stuff is genuine.. they are not truthful, that's all. 20days should be 20 days if not 20days at least 1 month… you can’t make us write IELTS and you end up taking 3 months to process the visa. |

atiteb4: so they forge medical certificate, IELTS and MBS? So the Indians are saints ba? As a student what are the main documents needed for visa? Still yet we submit annoying documents just to get this visa... It is well sha honestly! The documents they request for and their timelines are so annoying. I mean why am I submitting the Memorandum and Articles of Association of my sponsor’s company. What good does that document do for them. |

CrownTdan: Good evening. Here's my timeline:
First Time applicant Program of Study: MBA DLI: University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management) Resumption: Fall 2021
I had my upfront medicals early January (6th I believe) while I was still gathering my other documents and funds.
Application submitted: April 8, 2021 Biometrics request: April 9, 2021 Biometrics Done: April 12th Biometrics updated to completed: April 12th Upfront Medicals updated to passed: April 12th (Same day) Review of Eligibility started: April 24th About 2-3 ghost updates in between Requested for Notes: May 17th Last ghost update : June 11th BVL & PPR: June 16th
Documents Submitted: A) Client Info Section: I merged all the below with my LOE 1. BSc. Certificate 2. Employment Letter & Salary Increase Letter (my full time Job) 3. 3 Months Pay Stub 4. Resume 5. Reference Letter from Startup I work with Part time 6. Survey plans of Land & Land Valuation Report 7. Certificate of Incorporation and registration documents of my company (Never been used for any business transaction - I registered it in 2019 for "Just if" ) 8. IELTS Result (L:9,R:8,W:7,S:8 )
B) POF Section I merged all the below with another letter explaining my source of funds. * - for applicant 1) Offer Letter from School with Entrance Award stated 2) Education Loan approval document 3) Invoice of Tuition Fee Deposit 4) GT Bank Statement of Account and MBS Certificate 5) PiggyVest Statement of Account 6) Reference Letter from Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited 7) Statement of Retirement Savings Account with Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers Limited

Key things to note - My sponsor is in no way related to me. I've been managing his business (with my company) for an upward of 2 years - I had everything for the first year covered on my own (via my savings, entrance award and student loan) - My sponsor only indicated willingness to support my 2nd year cost of attendance.
Thanks to all the gurus in the house. Despite being a very silent member, I really took learnings from everything being shared here, and applied where/when needed. congrats buddy! I tap into this blessing |

shupy: The eligibility status in an applicant's account is not a reliable indicator of application stage. It's regarded as the most important/final stage in the process. Sometimes it begins within a few days after submission, finalized months after and vice versa. In some cases, the eligibility status doesn't even change. wow! Thank you. |

MhaameAhenkan: Thanks for the response. I called the clinic to make an enquiry for he medicals. But they are saying that if I have already put in the application then I would have to wait for the request before I can do the medicals. Should go by what they are saying please? No please, book a date and go an do an upfront medicals. When you have completed the medicals generate a web form and submit the information sheet and also send an email to Nairobi office alerting them of the medicals. |

Why do they keep the login details?

Lamideyy: Hello Your application is barely 2 months I’d suggest you be patient for a decision on your application Meanwhile you can order your gcms notes, although it is very likely you might not get substantial information from the notes. Google gcmsonline and order basic GCMS
It’ll end in praise thank you.. |

Hello everyone, I’m new here and if I knew about this platform i would have applied by myself. However I used an agent. I applied on April 24th, got biometrics and NSE letters on 26th April, submitted IELTS and my bank statement on 7th May, did upfront medicals and submitted my web form on 27th May. Since May 27th it has been radio silence. Please do I send a mail or do I order my GGMCS notes. I’m hoping to get PPR, this month so I can resign from my Job as I need to give two months notice(July and August). I’ll appreciate any good advice. Thank you |
