Good day all.

Please I am stuck at trying to book appointment date, each time I check I get a prompt of this error message that say “Currently there is no appointments available for the selected location”

I need to know if I’m doing something wrong or its a normal occurrence as I can see some are seeing dates on their profile.

I really appreciate a response please.

Hi, I've paid my visa fee and scaled the pre-approval request stage. However, when i was given access to the scheduling calendar. The calendar seems to be stuck on March 2025 with the navigation keys ( < > ) not functioning making it impossible for me to move to another month to see the available dates and pick one. I've raised several support tickets to no avail. I am getting really frustrated as this has been the case for about a month now. Has anyone else faced this ? And how were they able to overcome the hurdle? Looking forward to responses. Thank you.
