1. Front Desk Officer/Receptionist
Responsibilities:
-Serving as a primary receptionist (answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting patients).
-Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
-Compose letters and bills (weekly/monthly) independently for each customer under instructions of senior management.
-Maintaining office records, including records of all office expenses.
-Provide information to callers about company services and products.
-Manage inquiries and record the requests in given forms, software and web portals (training will be provided for software data entry and web portal data entry).
-Manage daily inquiry sheets in given forms/formats and software.
-General administrative and clerical support.
-Organize meetings with prospected clients on phone and transferring confirmed leads to marketing team to action.

Qualifications/Requirements:
a. Minimum of OND in a related discipline.
b. At least one year working experience
c. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
d. Should be very much familiar with MS Office, MS Excel and Internet.


2. Experienced Marketing Executives
- Very experience in marketing with the ability to market our services to companies and individuals to meet assigned target
- Ability to follow up prospects and convert new business advertising strategies
- Sourcing for supplies for the company
- Represent the company when needed
- Good team player and prepared to go extra mile when required

Skills/Qualifications required:
a. Minimum of OND
b. At least one year working experience
c. Should be very much familiar with MS Office, MS Excel and Internet.
d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
e. Proven marketing communications skills
f. Generally High knowledge in ICT, Internet marketing and social network marketing will also be an additional advantage.
