My Tecno w2 battery drains too fast which is abnormal to me. did a factory reset, its not up to a month. I dunno whats happening, had issues with my itel now tecno. please help..

Tecno. Itel and Infinix as 12 to 13 months warranty which we all know but most dealers. Now use these. Does that mean when someone purchase the product and has issues, is it the problem of the customer or that of the dealer. Cause most people has issues even me. I feel they are more likely to get a change cause since a new phone has issues. No other talk than to change. But instead they say carlcare. Which is not right. Please. Carlcare; Tecno , infinix and Itel. Define the warranty. Cause a phone that has issues within 2 to 3weeks of purchase, to me is not normal and should be of exchange. Thats called WARRANTY. Thanks

i dropped the phone on monday and i was told to come back at 8 working days. Which is next week wednesday, but i have to get back to school on sunday. Can i go on friday mayb its ready. Thanks

I bought an Itel 1408 on May 23, i noticed the slow charging. But i thought it gonna stop but unfortunately i discover the problem isnt normal. Then i was out of lagos. I came back on 9 on june. So i went to carlcare Opebi. And i was advised to Replace the battery, got another for 2500 and same problem pesist. So i got angry and went to that of Ikeja Awolowo way. Then i was told to drop it for checks but i wanted a replacement, since its under warranty, not up to . Month and no physical damage cause i dont repair phones.
