Job description

Responsibilities

Call overdue customers to guide them to repay and complete company’s collection target;
Collect feedback from overdue customers, investigate customers’ repayment ability and assess the potential risk;
Through a variety of effective ways to find the missing customers, increase the rate of repayment, reduce bad debt losses;
Regularly analyze and report the collection status and put forward suggestions to help to optimize the collection process.
Other tasks assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above; Excellent oral, negotiation and written communication skills;
Strong learning ability and pressure resistance;
Proficient with "Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook";
Typing speed of 45wpm or above.

If you don't plan to pay tuition, make sure you have your tuition and living expenses in your possession(Account) prior your application submission.

Paying upfront tuition fees is not a prerequisite for visa approval. I'll advise that if you have the money, just pay for your full tuition and have your living expenses in your personal account before submitting your app. Don't be scared okay, your money is safe with the Canadian Institution and will be refunded, if eventually your application got refused.
Yes paying upfront tuition is good as it let's the visa officer know that your primary intent is to study.

Possible Evidence to show home ties
How relevant is my course of study showing that I studied Computer science as my first degree but I have been a project person for 4 Years of my career (is that convincing enuf)
Would the visa officer believe that my company is taking up my tuition fees
