gionee splus is really a good smartphone. Phone is really fast, have good camera quality and best is its battery backup... It doesn't heat up. You can easily play heavy games and watch videos

the phone setting and play store are connected somehow, check the phone updates, you should be able to resolve it.

i doubt the settings are connected to the play store

flashing would reset the phone and most of the time remove any software malfunction

a frnd of mine just bought the M5 and the guy is just talking about it
