I’m a bit involved in the process. The lawmakers own these projects 100%. They put them in any MDA where they have an arrangement with the Accounting Officer. They nominate the contractor and collect the money. No outside contractor can win no matter the bid.

Constituency projects and nothing else. The projects were not initiated by the school but inserted into the school’s budget by lawmakers. You all want lawmakers to attract projects to your constituencies but you will still come and cry about it. If you don’t want budgetary provisions like this, tell your elected lawmakers to stop constituency projects.

Tinubu has nothing to do with constituency projects. It’s your lawmakers from APC, PDP and Labour Party that inserted the projects in the budget of MDAs.
