What do you mean by tracking provincial nominee program is it with regards to when its submitted to the nominating province or to the Centralized intake office or your responsible visa office?

I'm very much interested in your case. I'm rather surprised with your qualifications and work experience that you'd be denied PR.

I'd want to postulate that maybe something went wrong with your documentation. We may have to look into that privately.

I'd advise or better still suggest (since the final decision is yours) that you choose the PR route instead of student visa option since as you rightly pointed out that funding may be a great challenge.

If the PR route is your final decision, I'd strongly advise you try to score high in your IELTS because anything less than 8.0 will only fetch you 10 PR points (out of 60) and 8.0 IELTS points and above, 20 PR points. See the difference which just 2 additional IELTS points can make.

Academic (which is tougher than GT) is not compulsory for PR application. So go for GT. I did GT and had a total of 8.5 in IELTS.

We can look through your other documentation and see how you can package your application to receive maximum points.

We'll take it up from there.

surecan: @iry5648,thanks for coming in,did your brother go for masters,bsc or TAFE,do you mean that 7k is what his sponsor show as balance in his statement of account

He went for a one year Masters program. I meant the amount in his sponsors statement of account was short of $7K in meeting the remaining school fees (one semester) and living expense requirement.

surecan: If my sponsor didn't not have up to the amount on the minimum living expenses but he have close to the amount and he have very good source of income that will appear in his statement of account,contract letter and pay slip,do you think that i will have a better chance to get visa.

I can assist with this question , when my brother was sponsored we didn't have the exact amount of living expense but it was close I would say $7k short the first semester fees was also paid .We provided proof of a steady source of income in the form of pay slip and a statement of account.

These days I expect the worse when it comes to our country. Imagine been ranked number one for the worse place to be born in this world I think we are been made fun of by the world press

My parents got married after they had all the five of us by then the last child was 6 years old and I was 14 years believe me you need to be ashamed of it. Its all about you and your partner so its a yes for me. You need to legalize your union before God so do go ahead and don't care about other people's opinion provided its what will make you happy.

I once listened to a motivational speak about happiness and one thing I picked out from his speech was about not allowing ourselves to be ruled by other peoples judgement. That shouldn't determine our fate . Sometimes we are covered by our blue print which is the way we expect life to be .The secret to happiness lies in our blueprint. If you change your blue print life changes.

For example I know of someone who suffers from an illness known as IBS (Irritable bowel Syndrome) with frequent bloating and indigestion symptoms. People complain about the way she smells due to the excessive flatulence issue but she doesn't let that bother her. She trys as much as possible to ignore people comments and be happy and smile even though it doesn't come from her heart (thats what she said) but she still maintains that smile and positivity and thats because she has changed her blue print about life in this case ignoring what people say and telling herself it doesn't matter what people say or think because that not who she is.

In summary it boils down to maintaining a positive outlook even in impossible/difficult situations(not so easy I must say). You definitely have control over whether to be happy or sad/depressed.

My brother had the same issue same course ohh. I am sure something fishy is going on . I had to pay $180K for his registration for summer. He also has a 4.0 CGPA. I wish I was close I would have gone down there myself. I still feel very upset about it having to pay that amount. I think its a form of extortion.
