If the mechanic already diagnosed that to be the issue, then he might be correct, the abs module might be faulty, you can as well find another mechanic to check your wiring very carefully, the connectors and any blown fuses, why did you have to change the ECM? The issues could be related if electrical.

I had to change the ECM bcuz it got damaged when a rewire was working on the back window glass not whining down from driver side controls. During that time he was working the D started blinking and the needed light on dashboard wasn't coming up. The D is blinking and the car has no transmission issue (I may be wrong) bcuz it's shifting well. So we had to buy another ECM and it brought light to the dashboard and D still blinking. I'm driving this car for past 3days, hope my whole engine won't be affected ? Pls I need solution for this blinking D, I'm just afraid, this is my 1st car ever and the money wasn't play to save up.

Please if someone can advice on the basic troubleshooting path for this code U0122 Lost Communication With Vehicle Dynamics Control Module . The D on my dashboard is blinking and the rewire said I need to buy the ABS stuff inside the engine, and this is after I just bought the ECM-brain box of this car Honda Accord 08 I just bought in July this 2025. Pls assist me Thanks very much!
