I went back to check my dan account and I confirmed the $100 purchase link I sent. It wasn't a mistake

Almost lost the deal when Dan messed up. After I sent $100 purchase link to the buyer, he replied with this: "When I go into your system it says that the domain name cost is $800. Whats the story?"

Tried to convince him that it was probably a network glitch and that I'd speak to Dan the next day. And he replied with this: "dear isaac, or whatever your name really is, you are a scammer. we traced your url and you are nothing but a thief. I have reported you to the authorities"

I just weak. Then I tried convincing again. That I'm sorry I might have lost his trust but the domain is now on epik and that he should purchase the name there....bla bla bla

He didn't respond to my mails. But I left the name on epik and I concluded that if I send him this last message and he doesn't reply, I'll let it go. Then, I apologized again for the error and told him to visit epik if he was still interested.

I saw congratulations message from epik like 10mins after.


It's been God all the way.

Hello house,

I sold a name on epik but the original registrar is dynadot. It is not under 60day lock. I have been asked to transfer the domain name to epik but I am being asked to pay $8.49 as transfer fee. Is that how it works or is there a way I can transfer to my epik account for free?

So sorry for the late report. Transfer was delayed because buyer couldn't figure out how to approve the transfer in his 123-reg account. I figured his mail and I had to send a link that would direct him to the transfer page on 123-reg. Though, I kept sending this to him when he kept mute for a week. Probably because he was frustrated on how to go about it.

A buyer made an inbound offer through dan, which I accepted. The name was registered through 123-reg.co.uk. Dan asked the buyer to create a 123-reg.co.uk account and he did. I have requested a push of the domain name to the buyer's account, but the buyer is yet to approve the transfer from his end. It's been 5 days now, what should I do?

PS: I have sent instructions on how to approve the name to the buyer.

A buyer made an offer through Dan which I accepted. It's almost two weeks now and the buyer has not made payment. I have asked Dan to send payment reminders, but still the buyer hasn't responded.

What should I do?

I got this reply from a buyer after sending lead from dan.

"The email is being flagged as spam, so I’m uneasy about doing business with the site"

"I have seen reviews of Dan.com that suggest it is not reliable. My gut is telling me this isn’t trustworthy"

Please what can i do or say? I have been trying so hard to convince the buyer but all to no avail.
