As others have said, start by taking responsibility. Start by knowing that you alone are making the decision to gamble, and if you decide not to, you won't gamble ever again

I use yo play virtual sport bet. One day after winning, I just told my self that, that was the last day. I am going to play Virtual and I will just be playing sport bet alone. I have stopped virtual even the sport bet, no dey move me again.
