You didn't block me but my message wasn't delivering to you until I made a post here and you rushed to WhatsApp to start responding? Which stupid red light works? Is the fan 18-inches? Who packs a fan and leaves out one of the most important part? Please point out which part of my post is a lie? This is the first time I'm making a review on a product and I have purpose for it. I patronize nairalanders more than you can imagine but what I hate is someone trying to play me for a fool. I have long-term plugs for different appliances here that I've even referred to other relatives in different states. One of the other fans I bought last week was delivered by another nairalander I've been transacting with since 2018. Please compare the conversation below with our own. There's no issue at all because he delivered what I was expecting.

try to address the part of the fan being 16 inches opposed to 18 inches. Also the buyer stated that there were missing screws and they had to use glue to hold part of the fan. I don't think because something is used, screws should be missing. Lastly the buyer said the only indicator seen is when the fan turns on. Is this a default setting or there's something wrong with the charging indicator? I like the business you are doing so I hope both of you reach a middle ground.

So I finally had the time to deal with this fan issue today. We were finally able to get it to work. Did you deliver the fan? Yes. But did I get the quality I paid for? No! Mind you we got two other rechargeable fans delivered this week and only yours had the issues I'm going to list here.
- First you told me the fan was 18 inches. I confronted you after I picked it up and you kept lying to my face that it's 18". I did a search of the model number online and it was the 16-inches. Infact, the model number has 16 in it. If you like, keep denying, I will upload the model number here. This means you sold a 16+inches to me at the price of 18 inches.
- Another issue is missing parts. The fan is missing the screw that's supposed to hold the top part and the stand together. Which means we can't move it around. We had to use glue to hold it together. Then there's no belt to hold the blade covers. Till now we can't cover the blade. You asked me to go and look for where it's being sold and you'll pay for it. Why should I have to go through that type of stress when I paid for a complete product?
- Lastly, there's no led indicator to show that the fan is charging when the fan is switched off. The lights only turn on when the fan is working.

My conclusion is that the whole stress and amount I paid didn't correlate with the quality I received. I'm waiting for the fan belt as we can't use it without covering the blade.
