Hello everyone, please I have a problem with uploading my documents I have tried compressing my documents but it can’t be compressed below 2mb, if it compresses below 2mb it becomes very unclear for anybody to read it. Please what do I do. My documents are much which I want to upload, I even tried removing some documents but still it can’t be compressed beyond 2mb, if I compress it to 2mb it won’t be readable. The truth is no one can tell you the exact figure for kdsg. Because even after effecting the new minimum wage(30k), many kdsg workers are yet to receive their last month salary.

So, the best you can get is an estimate. If you applied for entry level, just like myself, that is level 8 step 1, expect 50k. If they pay more than that, fine. But don't go putting your hopes on a high bar.

Success on the interviews. For those yet to face the panel, relax and do not panic. I met some people today who were visibly shaking, as if their necks were on the gallows. Nothing out of the ordinary happens there.

You might be asked some questions from your cb test just to confirm if you took it yourself. You might be asked some questions from your essay, like, summarise you essay, why do you want to work with kdsg? What impact do you think you would have if you are given an opportunity to be among kdsg workforce? Etc.

These are basic questions in any interview. So no need to fret. Dress like you would to an official interview, simple.

And dont forget to acknowledge God... If He brought us this far, He can take us Further.

Very sure bro�. A decision has been made the moment you get that BVL. My grouse is with the V.O’s or should I say CIC, why delay in sending the final decision, that’s just the annoying part.

Mine didn't burst too. They quick to state people who got refusal after weeks but they won't mention those that got approved after week of receiving BVL. Let's be positive anything can happen.

The truth is, until some one who got BVL, and later got medical request and PPR comes to testify on these platform with proof, we can’t dispute the obvious/current trend which is BVL before medicals is a refusal.

Majority of applicants do pass their background checks, which can be attested from their GCMS NOTE after a visa refusal. It's very rare to see an applicant who failed this criminal inspection. Meanwhile, it's after the background checks by CBSA that the documents will then be sent to the visa officer's GCMS database for a complete review and a decision to be made on the application. In some cases, eligibility review might start without any update on the applicant's MyCIC account, this doesn't insinuates that the applicant failed their criminal checks, somewhat the blame at times goes to the unexpected system glitch which takes time for the update to be uploaded.
