After sending his remark request, did he receive an email containing the EOR form and payment instructions?
Did he get back to them with the completed form and payment receipt?
Did he receive an email stating that his application has been received and now being processed?
If yes, when did he receive that email? Is it up to 28 days?

I need help for my boss' son. He requested a remark for writing: (L8.5,R9, W6.5,S8). He is a masters holder, under 30 and a single. But, he is yet to get any response whatsoever.

How long does it take? And can I get a link or process of how to request for a remark. I want to be sure that he hasn't done the wrong thing.
