The interview I had with them was in two phases. First we were grouped (5people), we entered together and dey ask for group discussion. A topic was given (on banking).
After that we were asked to leave and enter one after the other for personal interview (just can we meet you, your strength, why do you think you are better than the rest in this application, do you have any banking experience). The questions varies, ur response might determine the next question. Hope you get?
