This is the next stage after the assessment center, so let's prepare guys ok?

In the assessment center, you will be given a scenario, then asked to identify the units of Deloitte that will help solve the problem and tye benefits to the organization.
The scenario can come in different form, so be ready to think fast and write fast in less than one hour.

Please make sure to submit within the time given whenever you are shortlisted for the assessment center.

From the foregoing, it appears only the Audit department conducted the Case Study & now we're hearing of Online Personality Test, still from Audit.

So I wouldn't generalise that it's the next stage for EVERY DEPARTMENT

I think it's best we all prepare for this assessment Centre. Normally assessment Centre is before the interviews (I think) but due to covid 19, things have been distorted.

However, I've gone through previous years and not much is said about assessment Centre.

Well, you said it yourself, "not much is said about assessment centre". So we prepare for what we do not know

Graduate trainees are more or less full-time employees. It's not necessarily a tenured position. However, within a year or two, you're expected to transition to the next level

I think PI will be done with by January, including offer letters and resumption will be February or March (to allow room for those who have to give their company notices).

Deloitte. Any further correspondence regarding recruitment should commence after that date.

I think it's obvious now that any further feedback should be expected in January (someone even hinted February)

From all indications, it looks more like the interview for Risk Advisory is scheduled for every Thursday. iseek and Jacobsky confirm it.

Moreso, They both did theirs November 25th, Hopefully, They will call the rest. If this is so, Resumption will be likely Next year January or Febuary

I dunno if there's a pattern to it, but yes, I did my MI on 25th Nov. (Wednesday) & PI on 3rd Dec. (Thursday). You may be right about resumption being January. I just want feedback from the PI THIS WEEK so I can rest easy

I just completed my PI this morning. Risk Advisory department.
*Tell me about yourself
*Then he focused on my previous work and volunteering experience
*Then why Deloitte?
In talking about why I want to work with Deloitte, I mentioned the data analytics unit.
*Then he asked what I knew about data analytics.
*If I could use Power BI and SQL.
Then, he asked if I have any question for him.
And that was it.

Impressive. Very similar to mine too.

Summing it up to "traffic" is putting things mildly. I'd say it's for the sake of my sanity & general wellbeing.

The location in the advert was Lagos. I dunno how it works but if I had a choice, I'd choose Abj

I was asked this question during my first interview and just like you i was not expecting it and chose cyber risk. By God's grace, if i get called for partner interview, i don't know if i can select another unit. Was your partner interview questions based on cyber risk

The question came in passing. We didn't dwell on it. It went something like this:

Partner : I believe you've gone through our website & familiarised yourself with a thing or two in Risk Advisory, yes?
Me : Yes ma
Partner : Good. Now tell me what you know about the sub-departments in the unit & which you'd like to work in
Me : blah blah blah & I'd like to be a part of the Cyber & Strategic Risk department
Partner : What do you know about cyber risk?

After my response to this last question, we moved on to other things unrelated to Risk Advisory.
