First of all, I don't think you need to buy anything sold as "past questions". It would be more profitable to study GMAT (or GRE for me) materials; and there's plenty of them available for free online.

Also, these tests are also about speed as much as accuracy. So you might want to practice timed tests.

I feel we're are scheduled according to the date we submitted our forms. I submitted my form on Thursday (within the given time frame), and I got my calendar invite this week Monday.

In my opinion, those who submitted earlier, got their calender invites the earliest.

I doubt it. I submitted on Thursday as well and got the invite just yesterday. Anyhow, what matters is that everyone eventually gets the invite

I am for Assurance. I got the invite yesterday.

The issue with consistency is that it will either make or mar you entirely as we'll find out. When you're consistent will the wrong personality, then you make their work easier.

I believe each statement has some point. Their best, second best and the last probably have 3, 2 and 1 points respectively. On completion, if you're consistent with the right personality in line with their values, you'll have high points. With the wrong personality? you'll have low points. Inconsistent? You'll be average. They can then select the number of candidates they want to proceed to the next stage.

This is the most difficult stage of the recruitment.

Tbh you don't need any "practice" for OPQ. Just familiarise yourself with the company's core and societal values, then tactfully select answers you "think" reflect those values.

Oh, and don't waste time thinking about what option to select. The system monitors your speed and will prompt you not to delay (it could be another evaluation criteria, who knows?) . Think on your feet.

I think PWC did not use the test alone for selection, they used other criteria’s I was so sure I did well in that test, I feel they also dropped people based on age and year of graduation.
So sad but we keep pushing and hoping for the best.
