PoliticsRe: GAC Adopts Hamzat As Consensus Candidate, Pays For His Nomination Form by Isobug: 3:19pm On Apr 28
Hmm be like na Tinubu backing be that else they can't do this on their own volition. They no born anyone for Lagos to dare say otherwise especially in APC family.
Can Doherty and co give a good fight? This depends on Presidential election which is first before Governorship. Once Tinubu fails to win consider Hamzat out, that's Nigeria style of democracy. And yes, Tinubu can lose if the election were to be free not even fair.

@Neptu2 I always like your threads, very comprehensive and holistic insight to topics
TravelRe: How Apapa-Oworonshoki-Ojota Expressway Looks Now (Video) by Isobug: 7:46am On Apr 28
That is how it should be, they should spread it to other parts of state and Nigeria in general.
The caption by the X user though, all because of Apapa oshodi road for people who have been in power since 1999, who do they expect to do the road?.
Majority of Nigerians will tell you PDP iwas better for them and still prefer PDP government to APC. till Today. Apart from politicians and their foot soldiers, who in Nigeria today doesn't grown because of hatch economic situation occasioned by this APC. Since 2015 no single finance for electricity power plant, hence the epileptic power supply in the country

uchkochi:
The attitude during sex makes sex sweeter. It's not the body type or the tightness of the vagina or the beauty of the person. It's just the attitude of the Person during intimacy. Refuse to be familiar with your partner otherwise he will stop enjoying it.
Not true. Which attitude? A well can never satisfy you
PoliticsRe: "No Light, No Vote": Afikpo Youths Stage Protest Over 25-Year Blackout by Isobug: 12:30pm On Apr 26
OneCandleAway:
I heard she brought electricity into the community. Or is it that they stopped giving the community light after she wasn't re-elected
She restored light then before her election in the house of Assembly, not that she brought light to Afikpo. Afikpo has Light since the creation of old Eastern Region, brought by One of their own Dr Akanu ibiam. The problem is just constant power of for longer time sometimes a whole year without electricity.

Oh! I forgot, the university does not even have a state of the art and equipped auditorium.

Anambra student need more of those messages. Letting them know the need to invest at home and grow the state, and stop believing they can only make it in West.

PoliticsRe: "No Light, No Vote": Afikpo Youths Stage Protest Over 25-Year Blackout by Isobug: 9:51pm On Apr 25
Tjra:
No light since 2001?

Obasanjo spent close to $16B on electricity back in the days yet nothing to show for it.

Him and Atiku should be in jail as we speak.
Not that there hasn't been light at all, you hardly see light. You see light like once in a whole month, sometimes none in two months. Is that what you call light. I was there throughout from 23 December 2025 to 17th of January this year and I didn't see a single day with light. I went back on the 16th till month end on January yet no light.
The main issue is that there's a Sub station (133kva) being built there since Obasanjo time. And from information available ever since, the station was completely paid for. Check it out from 2001 till date they couldn't complete what was completely paid for

PoliticsRe: Cost Of Filling 50 Litres Of A Corolla Car From OBJ To Tinubu Govt - Rufai Oseni by Isobug: 9:11am On Apr 25
helinues:
Buy bicycle that won't consume fuel. Having a car is a luxury . How much was minimum wage when the price of fuel in those regime was low, how much is dollar to naira exchange rate?

I really don't know why the opposition and their supporters in Nigeria remain stagnant in their narrations.

Are the price of things across the globe reman the same for decades now. They should stop arguing slow jare
Even with the current minimum wage, the comparison is still valid. They price of fuel and the current minimum wage are not commensurate. I don't know why are like this. Too self-centered

Foreign AffairsRe: Kenya's President Ruto Faces Backlash After Mocking Nigerians' Spoken English by Isobug: 9:49pm On Apr 24
Namaster:
Nigerians who HATE Nigerians will read this NONSENSE and use it to justify their HATE for their country.

Meanwhile, Nigerian Authors who write in English have set the BENCHMARK for literature in Africa and the World.

EVERYBODY knows China Achebe.
EVERYBODY knows Wole Soyinka.
EVERYBODY knows Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

NOBODY can name ONE author from Kenya without first searching GOOGLE.

There are NIGERIANS who speak with BRITISH ACCENTS without having step out of Nigeria.

While some people will lay ALL the blame at the feet of Nigerian Politicians, Ruto SHARES in the blame.

People in Leadership positions should know BETTER than to make STEWPID generalisations.
Ngugi Wo'thiong'o........"Weep not, Child' is a popular Kenyan Author.
But I think Nigeria speak better English than Kenyans, both in fluency and correctness. But this is the least thing to brag about in Africa, you should brag about your own language

PoliticsRe: If You're Not Paying Subsidy, Why Are We Still Borrowing? - Sanusi by Isobug: 11:19am On Apr 24
Septuagenarian:
Sanusi always talks for propaganda sake sometimes, if we dont borrow just because we are saving money from subsidy, are those savings enough to cater for the huge amount of projects and infrastructure deficit we are having? Lagos-Sokoto 1000km road is expensive, shey na 1trillion naira go finish am? Lagos Airport modernizarion, Lagos-Calabar road is there amongs many other ongoing projects everywhere in the country. My advise is for FG to borrow more than $100billion, use the money to build the infrastructure, toll them and use those tolls to payback the loans in time, we will have the infrastructure for our generations to use and also improve our economy faster than this small small borrowings. Sanusi should go sit down somewhere because of kano politics.
That is one of the reasons those road projects were initially criticized to have embarked on. You don't engage in such humongous projects in a country like Nigeria when there are other vital things to cater for. That's failure on its own. No proper planning
PoliticsRe: If You're Not Paying Subsidy, Why Are We Still Borrowing? - Sanusi by Isobug: 11:09am On Apr 24
Parachoko:
Nigeria was borrowing to pay for subsidy before Asiwaju became the President

Under Jonathan, we were borrowing to pay Salaries, borrowing to pay for subsidy, Pension, and also borrowing to build projects

Under Buhari, we were borrowing to pay subsidy on fuel, and also borrowing to pay salaries, pensions and also borrowing to build projects

Under Asiwaju, we're not borrowing to pay pensions or salaries, we're not borrowing to pay for subsidy, we're only borrowing to spend on Capital Projects.

I expect Sanusi to know there's no problem borrowing to build capital projects
Pack one side, Asiwaju ko, Asari dokubo ni.
See how he's echoing Asiwaju as if he's God, a failure for that matter oo. A renowned international economist is telling you something and you here mentioning Asiwaju
