Bros when u are making permutations try as much as possible to have good knowledge of where u talking about.Nwaoboshi will struggle to make any reasonable impact in his native town of ibuzor while Osanebi will fail woefully in his local government.If u know how PDP structure is in Delta state u will remove ur mind from the state
