2. Technical Control engineer:
Brief Description of Duties:
Prepare comprehensive reports to identify, analyze and monitor all assigned project costs, with the view to facilitating completion of the project. Compile information concerning unit cost and rates experience on the various phases of contract for incorporation in the reference material manuals for future estimates. Identify, schedule and monitor procurement of the project construction materials in accordance with requirements of work program and specifications as defined in the contract. Supervise and coordinate detailed compilation and finalization of budget for the awarded projects based on materials compiled by the Estimate Manager in the course of tender preparation. This also involves comprehensive discussion of draft budget and subsequent revisions of it, with the designated Project Manager, his cost control engineer and the Project Coordinator. Monitor consumption trends and current stock levels of materials in order to plan future requirements and replenish stocks as necessary. In addition, monitor materials issues against actual usage in order to determine the waste factor and report findings to the Project Manager. Organize, direct, plan, schedule and control all the necessary resources to complete the job according to the contractual obligations on time within the policies, programs and budget.

Direct the project work and exercise strict control over costs of construction. Review any variation from the budget expenditures and initiate remedial action as deemed necessary. Brief Description of Duties:
Directs and control the financial activities of the Company. Prepares reports which summarize and forecast Company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. Experience in accounting system development, financial management, financial reporting and setting-up internal financial policies and procedures. Monitoring the implementation of accounting company policies and procedures at Head Office and various sites of the Company. Study and report any variances between actual and budgeted expenditure, showing their effects on the forecast final costs. Arranges for audits of company accounts as well as supervise and support financial team in the necessary preparations for the external audit materials and financial reporting. Supervises and directs subordinates in various financial statements, reports and setting-up and implementation of cost centers.

Brief Description of Duties:
Overview the technical and managerial aspects of the Plant Department, including those of the quarries, stores, asphalt plants and batching plants. 2.) Trainee Engineers

Responsibilties
o Assists the Senior Engineers in the achievement of the goals of the company

Qualifications
o Minimum HND (Upper Credit) or B.ENG/BSc (2 Class Upper) in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering
o At least 2 years relevant experience and must be computer literate and proficient in relevant software packages.
o Must be ready to work both onshore and offshore.

3.) Assistant Accountant

Responsibilties
o Assist the Accountant to achieve the Company’s goals as regards keeping of accounting records and funds disbursement.
Qualifications
o Minimum HND(Upper Credit)/BSc (2nd Class Upper) in Accounting
o At least 3 years relevant experience in audit firm or Oil & Gas industry.

4.) Senior Mechanical Technician (Static & Rotary Machines)

Responsibilities
o Work un-supervised assembling & tightening bolted joints
o Correctly use bolt tensioning. torgueing, nut splitting & flange spreading equipment
o Carries out the required number of boltitig specialism to a competent standard
o Adhere to safe & specified pressures when tightening or torgueing joints
o Assess specific task requirements including identifying potential hazards through the use of risk assessments.
o Accurate & timely completion & submission of all job related documentation including flange tightening reports/joint completion certificates, customer time sheets & expenses forms.
o Work closely with other disciplines on site to ensure the professional & safe completion of all tasks
o Interface with the client on site in a profesionaI manner & represent our company to the highest standards at all times.
o Work predominantly within all onshore & offshore environments.
o Adheres to all site related procedures & processes including permit to work, etc
