plz for those that didn't study in 9ja and can't locate any of their lecturers, how do we go about referees?

How do we get them to know the LGA drop-down isn't working? which has rendered application practically impossible.
Their news desk isn't working also, so no way to send them message.

Use Microsoft picture manager on your system,
1. Right click on the JPEG document
2. On the drop down menu, hover over the "open with"
3. Select Microsoft picture manager
4. Once open, click edit and then resize using percentage
