From what I understand here, you simply mistook the unlimited data label on the pack to mean the router supports an unlimited plan. That wasn't the case. What they meant was when you buy the router, it'll come with a special unlimited access for a specific period (which is usually the first month) which is just a perk for buying the device.

I bought the router last month and the initial data given was exhausted happily I proceeded to buying the 30k unlimited after a week usage it just wasn’t connecting i called customer service only for them to tell me my data is exhausted how isn’t it unlimited they said it’s 100gb.
