So who are the people those $2,000,000,000 houses and lands in Lagos, Abuja and everywhere else in Nigeria are for?

Who are the target audience of those car sales men, the designer losree estates and clothes who are they for?

Soon reality will set in when nobody even prices thise houses, lands, cars etc for 12 years straight not even on potential customer asks of price you either close shop or reduce price.

Ordinarily cost of land per plot in Nigeria should not be more than 300,000 naira to 850,000 naira depending on the location going by the salaries and incomes of the average Nigerian


This 30,000 brother should be able to save half his salary 15,000 for 20 months to afford one plot of land in a rural area of his choice so at least he can engage in small scale farming to feed himself and maybe put up one small structure for himself.

But instead we are pricing houses and lands in multi millions, billions and even trillions, I blame the land speculators and “agents” who are also poor hungry people calculating 10% of billions and trillions praying and hoping they will get that from the sale of a property or land that isn’t even worth that amount.
