## Job Summary

We are hiring Business Development Executives to market and sell Safe Nest's tech-driven agricultural solutions to farmers, cooperatives, agro-dealers, agribusinesses, investors, institutions, and other target customers. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals that grow our customer base and revenue.

## Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and engage new customers across the agricultural value chain (farmers, farmer groups, agro-input dealers, processors, investors, NGOs, and institutions).
- Market and demonstrate our farm units and services (Larvarium, Broiler, Catfish, and Greenhouse), clearly explaining their value and return on investment.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, events, trade fairs, social media, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing trends, and share feedback with the product team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM or reporting tools provided.
- Represent Safe Nest professionally at agricultural events, exhibitions, and community engagements.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

## Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or technology (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Good understanding of Nigerian agriculture and farmer needs is an advantage.
- PROXIMITY TO YABA, will be considered.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using smartphones, social media, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic digital sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within Lagos and to other states as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Yoruba, Hausa, or Igbo is an added advantage.
