So I want to change my phone to a higher brand. I have contacted some vendor offering me same price for used Samsung 23 and the brand new. Remember the used is just the phone alone and the brand new come with charger, pen and earpiece.

Since you're not an iPhone fan, and never used one before, you may not like it. Though I've not owned/operated any from 11pro upwards, the whole system is unique in a way and so cool.
I think you go prefer android. Unless you want to try something different, if I were you with that budget, I go buy Note 10 plus.
