My info was simple. 2nd batch will resume in July, calling of successful candidates and collection of APL is what I don't know

I think Marvel said it here,unless we chose to confuse ourselves that calling of successful candidates is subject to when PMB assents the 2019 reviewed budget submitted to him by National Assembly.
