Before selling lands, can your brother explore the option of getting funding for his masters program. He should look for thesis based M.Sc. in Computer Science program. He may get part or full funding. Those fundings are competitive but people are still getting them and many schools in Canada offer such funding.

I should add that family ties is one of the excuses IRCC officials give when they have no genuine reasons to deny visas. Focus more on getting admission with funding.

He is a fresh graduate so nobody is going to expect him to provide proof of employment.

You said he doesn't have family ties? This contradicts you being related to him and him having parents.

When you say your parents are petty traders, how "petty" are we talking? From my experience, it is better to look at their bank accounts first, some Nigerian do a lot of transactions without knowing because they don't pause to review their Financials.

It is only after you go through their bank statements that you can plan better on how to sponsor him.

Is Ulster University Birmingham a great school? I didn’t see anything about the Birmingham campus on Ulster University website. I got a conditional offer for may intake but thinking of deferring to September.

Second escalation 13th of February .
Several calls and emails “ note they don’t influence how fast or slow your decision will be”.
School enrollment 27th January but I kept sending them emails every week on the situation.
1 refusal in 2022.
Visa approval 17th of February which is exactly 2months
Close to 4months POF

The wait is really cr*zy but God did it.

Why not just wait for 28days for that 40M to mature. You won’t have to be uploading unnecessary documents. Leave the money for 28days while you use that account very well with transactions going in and out. Then you upload your account statement after the day the 40m entered your account. Don’t let your statement reflect the date the 40M entered your account.

Hello everyone,
I had a uk visit refusal last year and I’m about to apply for my CAS.
About 40m was deposited into my Acct proceeds from a land sale, I want to know what other documents I’ll need to upload for visa aside my bank statement. Would I need the land sale agreement? (Which is in my dads name)
I graduated BSc last year and not yet work so I don’t have any pay slips.
