These are not technicalities. The electoral bill is now law. INEC has said you must give 21 days before you install new leadership. They can argue convention date, but that other clause still dey. APC dey prepare for failure

Party positions are different from Presidential or governorship primaries where even INEC must observe that every aspect of the Electoral Law is complied with. Buhari cannot simply dictate to others in the process of deciding the flagbearer….regardless of wishful thinking on the part of you guys.
