President Buhari has disassociated himself from the threat controversial statement issued by the Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai.

You could remember that Nadir El-Rufai said any foreigner who interfere in the poll will go back in “Bodybags”

The All Progressive Congress (APC) Governor Made this threat during his feature on NTA anchored by Cyril Stober.


“Those that are calling for anyone to come and intervene in Nigeria, we are waiting for the person that would come and intervene, they would go back in body bags,” the governor had said.

He also said that, the military intervention in Sierra Leone and Liberia in the 1990s on resolution international was just for the sake of “Neighborliness.”

He has also warned that not under APC watch would the international Bodies would interfere in the elections.

"And if it dares happens, they are going back in 'Body Bags. We are trying to run our country as decently as possible" he said

Not concurring to the threat statements of El-rufai, President buhari has distance himself from such statement.


“I want to assure all Nigerians, the diplomatic community and all foreign election observers of their safety and full protection.

“Any comments or threats of intimidation from any source do not represent the position of the Federal Government of Nigeria.” Buhari Said.

Ralph Northam to resign after a sensitive photo of him surfaced online.

In the online photo showing two people in Ku Klux Klan robes. One on white and the other on black.

This has spark outrage all over the internet and social media and people are calling on Ralph Northam to resign.

This photos was taken as far back as 1984. It was part of his yearbook during his last stay at the Eastern Virginia Medical School.
In the four pages photo of Ralph Northam were two men. One on black costume and the other on KKK robe.

In the photo, you can see two people one black and white. But of which is Ralph Northam we don’t know.
Northam has agreed to the fact that he was in that photo and apologized, but says nothing after then.

Does Lions Heart By Genevive Really Worth The Hype? I was never a Nigerian movie fan neither would i be except things changes for good ( lol, though my not watching Nigerian movies changes absolutely nothing). I always get disturbed about “LionHeart” both in my dreams, friends and family members telling me to watch a ‘must watch’ trending movie. What is so special about this movie? I guess it’s just one of those boring Nigerians movies out there I thought.

Of course, this movie premiere had being the most anticipated of recent times. Most especially when it always appears in almost all media platform like blogs, facebook and other means of adverts until it release. What really skyrocketed the movie was when Netflix acquired ” LionHeaet. ” Though it was already popular.

So What’s up? I was bewildered, very bewildered about this. About Lionheart by Genevive being acquired by Netflix because was it first of it kind in Nigeria. So I decided to give it a try by watching this hyped movie. I had promise myself never to watch any Nigerian movies but not this particular one. I was caught in this! Yes i was caught because i hated Nigerian movies but “LionHeart” was the talk of the town which I couldn’t resit. But does Lions Heart By Genevive Really Worth The Hype?

My Standpoint After Watching Lionheart By Genevieve
God really knows, I mean really knows that I don’t like most of Nigerian movies but here is one thing really spectacular about Lionheart. It was Natural.

How was it natural? You could see the way they acted lionheart if you have really watched it. This was a family business. it’s such a business everybody tries to contribute their two cents to the development and success of the company.

With this, nobody had to get scared about their wicked uncle in the village who tries to get rid of his brother and take over the business or, their witch aunty in the village who tries to make anyone become poor like her or run mad because of how successful her relations are.

Ikem Owoh was the brother to Pete Edochie and uncle to Genevieve in the movie. He took the entire burden upon himself to see that the company’s debt is being solved.

To me I think the movie is not overhyped. In fact, it is underrated in Nigeria. A movie that teaches everyone that all hope is not yet lost when you’re alive. A movie that also promotes African culture in a very clear context. Movie that has one of its sole purpose of promoting inter-ethnic peaceful coexistence among different ethnic region. A movie that brings in suspense and catharsis.

Please Genevieve, keep on the good work.

In conclusion
To be plain with you, if nigerians could at least take a few steps of lion’s heart by Genevieve, Nigeria movie industry would strive for the better. They should always do away with witches and wizard fantasies. Yes witches might exist or they might not but Nollywood should think out side the box of more advance ideas not just acting same thing all over and over again expecting a different result.

According to experts from FinExpertiza consulting, the most profitable investment  this year was palladium. Meanwhist, the world most popular cryptocurrency bitcoin was tagged the most disastrous investment of 2018.

FinExpertiza’s research involved 14 investment instruments and 300,000 rubles ($4,330) as the basis sum, according to Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

The study found that bitcoin investors would have lost more than 213,000 rubles ($3,000) or 71.2 percent of the investment this year.

The most profitable investment of the outgoing year, according to FinExpertiza analysis, was palladium. The price of the precious metal has been hitting record highs lately, making it the best performer among major metals. With the 300,000 rubles invested, purchasers would have increased their capital by 30,000 rubles ($433), or 10.2 percent, by the end of the year.

“And if we look in retrospect, for example of two years, we will see that palladium, in general, has become the only metal with a positive return,” Nina Kozlova, general director of FinExpertiza, was cited as saying by the newspaper.

Once hailed as the future of money, bitcoin has lost more than 80 percent of its value since last year’s all-time high of $20,000.

Currently trading below $3,700, the cryptocurrency is likely to extend its losses to below $3,000, experts say.


Worth just a fraction of a penny in 2010, bitcoin has been hitting the headlines and attracting attention from everyone, including Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, and Jamie Dimon.

Bitcoin has divided opinion and has been called everything from a scam to the future of money.

A man who was employed to play Santa at a Walmart in Georgia has been arrested and charged with the deaths of his two kids after their bodies were found buried in his backyard.

Elwyn Crocker Sr., 50, was arrested after sheriff’s deputies went to his house in Guyton, Georgia, to conduct a welfare check on his 14-year-old daughter, Mary Crocker, authorities said.

Effingham County Sheriff Jimmy McDuffie said his office received a 911 tip from a caller that Mary Crocker hadn’t been seen since October and that the tipster feared she was dead.

But Elwyn Crocker has not reported any of his children missing. So, authorities went to his house and questioned him. After the questioning, he allegedly directed deputies to an area of his backyard, where they unearthed the bodies of Mary and her brother, Elwyn Crocker Jr near a wooded area on the property on Thursday morning.

Jimmy McDuffie said deputies went to Crocker’s home on Rosebud Place in Guyton around 10 p.m. on Dec. 19 to investigate Mary Crocker’s whereabouts.

He added:

"Deputies questioned all the adult members in the house. They claimed that Mary was out of town with her mother. Deputies then determined that this was false information."

"Information from Elwyn Crocker led investigators to search the grounds of the home and two bodies were discovered buried."

Elwyn Crocker Jr. apparently disappeared in November 2016, when he was 14, police said.

“Neither child had ever been officially reported missing,” McDuffie said at a news conference.

Autopsies were performed on the remains and confirmed the bodies are the Crocker’s children.

Effingham County Coroner David Exley said the cause and manner of death on the children are pending more test, including toxicological reports, ABC reports.

A child who was at the Crocker’s house was taken into protective custody.

In addition to Elwyn Crocker Sr’s arrest., deputies also arrested his wife, Candice Crocker, 33, who is the stepmother of the children, and her mother, Kim Wright, 50. Wright’s boyfriend, Roy Anthony Prater, 55, was also arrested.

All four suspects are charged with concealing the death of another and cruelty to children in the first degree, McDuffie said. Prater also faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Frontline entertainment company and record label, Ericmany Entertainment has won a N14,000,000 suit filed against it and its act Douglas Jack Agu (aka Runtown) by the Dynamic Minds League. The suit was for claim of damages against Ericmany for a ‘no-show’ by Runtown at a carnival in Anambra State organized by the group in January 2015.



The case, Suit No LD/ADR/251/2015, was filed on 19th August, 2015 by the Anambra group through its leader, Mr. Chizuo Anetoh. They dragged Runtown, Ericmany Entertainment and Prince Okwudili Umenyiora, the billionaire Chairman of Dilly Motors Limited and Ericmany Entertainment before the Lagos High Court, claiming the sum of N14 Million as damages for failure of Runtown to perform at their Harmattan Carnival held at Adazi-Nnukwu, Anaocha in Anambra State.



Ericmany lawyers, Chijioke Emeka & Colleagues [Auxano Law] argued that the group first breached the contract having failed to provide all that was required and in good time for the artiste to make the appearance. Ericmany’s case was that the group made inadequate and shoddy arrangements. Being the Christmas period, Ericmany’s crew had to sort out late hour flight tickets to Port Harcourt instead of Asaba or Owerri nearer to the Anaocha venue. Upon landing in Port Harcourt it was late to proceed on a dangerous night road journey without adequate security, Ericmany’s lawyer claimed.



During the trial on 10th May, 2018, Mr. Aneto testified for his group. He narrated how Runtown flew from Lagos to Port Harcourt but refused to further proceed on the road journey to Adazi, even after they engaged a police escort for him at the airport. Ericmany’s witness, Amani Henshaw gave an account of the breaches of the contract by the group, especially its failure to provide flight tickets for the crew and failure to provide sufficient security for the night road journey to Anambra State. He told the Court how his team waited for many hours at the airport until it became very late and they had to cancel the trip.



In his judgment, Hon. Justice K. O. Alogba gave victory to Ericmany. The Judge found that the failure of Runtown to get to Adazi in Anambra State and perform at the carnival was justified as the group’s arrangement was very shoddy. The Court agreed with Ericmany that the Dynamic Minds League was reckless about the contract when it failed to book flight tickets ahead. The Court also held that the group did not prove how they are entitled to their N14 Million claim as it did not adduce cogent evidence. Each of the claims was therefore dismissed.



Justice came the way of Ericmany Entertainment barely three years after the Dynamic Minds League flooded the print media, social media and several blogs with news of the alleged breach of contract and its N14 Million suit against Ericmany and Runtown.
