I am kindly pleading with Rivers state government to do something to our Roads.its getting worse by the day.Our roads our Dirty And not motorable!!!Please help us Our Governor Barr Nyesom Wike

I must commend your efforts to educate us.you are doing a great Job!My question goes like this.
I have been going to the Us since 2004.i have been refused once in 2006 and since then i have had my Visas renewed till date.
I had my 2nd baby in 2014,i paid all my hospital bill before i had the baby(total bill was about $13k)
6weeks after i had the baby i went for my post natal visit and found out i had a cervical change.Some investigations were ordered and medication was given to me .They wanted me to use Mass health since the bill was about another $3k i declined cos i knew the implication.i knew i was going to pay the bill afterwards.i called the hospital a month back asking them that i need to pay for my bills considering the fact i also wanted to renew my visa and needed all bills sorted out.they told me insurance has taken care of it.i have contacted the insurance company and paid those bills.do i stand any chance of visa refusal?
