willjoe:I want to disagree with you Friend, I chose the University as my second choice in 2015 for a very competitive course "LAW" as a DE applicant. Yet I got admitted. I know your next question will be, I had a connection inside. No, I didn't know a soul in the school that year. To all applicants, do your own homework, check your Jamb score, o'level results with good grades, make sure you are in check with the requirements and shoot. Best wishes Guys |

Dear Uniosun Applicants, I understand some of you might be under pressure as regards the procedures for registering for the post utme screening exercise. However, let me say that you need not panic. I got valuable information on this platform in 2015 as a DE applicant to the College of Law. To God be the Glory I am a student in the said college today. Therefore, I have decided to assist with peculiar information within my reach with core interest in the COLLEGE OF LAW. First, ensure that you visit the University website www.uniosun.edu.ng for First hand information about the process and steps required. Secondly, It is ADVISABLE that ALL PAYMENTS should be made via a COMPUTER . (We have had issues of applicants complaining because android phones were used.) Please, this is not to say you can't pay via your mobile phone. Thirdly, ALL payments should be made by the applicants or guardian, parents or trusted hands as the case may be. This is due to the sensitivity of revealing ATM card details to someone else. DO NOT OFFER TO PAY OR SOLICIT FOR ADMISSION ASSISTANCE TO ANYONE!!! Also, For DE candidates, kindly check with your respective faculties to confirm your peculiar requirements. Jamb candidates are also advised to double check with respective faculties and departments admission requirements, with particular reference to COMBINATION OF RESULTS . E. G : Nursing department DOES NOT accept the combination of results. For immediate responses kindly drop message on 08068724530, I'll respond as soon as possible. Hello Guys, Having read through this thread for weeks, I seek for assistance to these issues on my mind I graduated from university 2012, and finished service October 2013, During my service year I served as a graduate assistant lecturer in a federal institution. In 2013, I was invited for a conference in New orleans, applied for visa ,dressed in my khaki to the embassy. unfortunately i was denied, may be because The consular asked for a reference letter from my Place of primary assignment, but the School management refused to give me the recommendation letter before the interview, their excuse was that, Mr corper, the institution does not give recommendation letters to serving corp members for such purposes. From 2013 till date, I have not been gainfully employed, though I get to manage the family firms, more like free lance job, my experiences before and after nysc are: Sales manager{In my uncle's firm}2012 Graduate assistant Lecturer{ Nysc}2012/13 Administrative officer{ dad's firm} 2013/14 Manager,In a travel and tours firm{ not related to student visa ooo} though i got this offer recently, August 2015 Note: All of these no b free i dey work oo....lol I received a positive review of my application for masters programme on friday, for Spring term 2016, and was told my 1-20 will be issued shortly, meanwhile i sought for waiver for English proficiency test which was granted on the grounds of my work experience and my university {Nigeria} issued a cover letter, stating that i studied, and took exams in English language. On this thread, I have come across several posts about GRE ,GMAT SCORES to be presented during the visa interview, Distinguished guys, I hope that wont be a challenge for me during the interview? My DAD and UNCLE are my sponsors, SHOULD I also ADD MY STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT while going for the interview? What other documents is needed? I look forward to your contributions and advice please....Thanks  |

Hello distinguished pals,I'm frm osun state,with a 1st degree in public admistration{Second class upper},pls,what are the chances of being offered admission for Law 200l and What are the requirements for Direct Entry applicants into LAW faculty, Also,Applicants who chose ABU as 2nd choice of institution,are such applicants allowed to write the post utme?
