Good day, pleasw since 2 days ago, my whatsapp and instagram have stopped working. Other apps are woeking perfectly except these two. What coyld be the problem. I use a Tecno Boom J8.

My phone Tecno Boom J8 all of a sudden can't connect to apps even in areas with strong internet connection. Only my Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, Twitter and Playstore works well together with my browsers. Apart from that, once I try connecting to other apps, my signal strenght drop from whatever it is at, to zero. Please who can help.
