To begin with, the Pro+ shares the same 6.78-inch diagonal 1080x2436px resolution and 120Hz refresh rate as the Spark 20 Pro's IPS LCD, but it sports an AMOLED display instead.

The Pro+'s MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate processor replaces the Pro's standard Helio G99 chipset, which is the other difference. Since the CPU and GPU clocks are the same, it's unclear what makes the Ultimate superior, but it has to be better given its moniker, right?

The other change is the chipset, the Pro+ has a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate to the Pro's regular Helio G99. What makes the Ultimate better isn't very clear as the CPU and GPU clocks match, but with a name like that it just has to be better, right?

Finally, the Tecno Spark 20 Pro+ runs Android 14 out of the box, which isn't the case with the Android 13-booting Spark 20 Pro.

Ignoring the similarities, the Tecno Spark 20 Pro+ is a really attractive phone that comes with a full set of accessories. There's a case, USB-C earbuds, a 33W charger, a glass screen protector that curves to fit the phone's display, and a USB-A to USB-C connection.

The Magic Skin Green edition of the Tecno Spark 20 Pro+ that we have features a faux leather finish on the rear. You wouldn't know the frame is made of plastic with its gold accents and camera island juxtaposed against the green.

The omnipresent-looking camera system around the back consists of only a 108MP primary camera and a few helper sensors. Positively, the 108MP camera features a 1/1.67-inch sensor, an f/1.75 aperture, and an in-sensor 3x zoom.
