They have almost 30 accounts , you can deduce that from the number of likes their comments always gets when they drop generic comments like " Tinubu is a man of integrity" and within a few minutes of the thread being created they're already at 30+ likes. I think they're earning about ₦50 or so for those likes and around ₦1000 or thereabout for each comment. And you can also see how similar some of their comments looks, almost like a copy paste with similar number of likes.
