In many cases, the boys are been disappointed
I don't seem to see any need for it anymore In Many cases the boys are being settled well, earlier this year it was in the news about a boy that was settled with ₦15m by his Oga. And there are numerous instances of that happening just that not all of them make it to the news. The Igbo Apprenticeship system ( IAS) is a well respected and studied system in the global world ( even Harvard has a paper on the system), The Igbo apprenticeship system is regarded as the largest business incubator in the world as thousands of business ventures are established each year through this system. |

Ruling APC, activists, party members, Bulaba's e-rats, even fellow presidential aspirants.
Why do they all see him as a threat bikonunu? Because he's a real threat. Imagine losing the election by merely 2.6m votes despite not having any structure , and with the failings of this Tinubu government that threat has only increased. |

The proofs are here on nairaland. I have been to the East and I understand wgt Igbos are running away from the East to the rich SW. And yet apart from Lagos and Abuja South East lead in Human development index. If you think Ibadan is more developed than the entire SE then you have never been there before. You people should learn to build toilets in your houses first before you can come to rub shoulders with the SE. |

Akpakomiza2: I am from SS. Politicians influence votes at the rural area. In 2023 obi took third in Akwa ibom with Atiku winning. Tinubu will win this time. Obi won CRS with 40k, this time Tinubu will win. You saw how Wike delivered rivers. So forget it, they will vote Tinubu. Since 2015, SS has been increasingly becoming APC I'm currently in Uyo right now. Go on the streets and ask people's opinion on the state of the economy and country as a whole , nobody has anything good to say about Tinubu and APC. PDP won Akwa ibom because the state has always been a PDP stronghold, and if PDP doesn't Field a marketable candidate most of those votes are going to Obi, APC popularity has significantly dwindled in Akwa ibom unless you're not in touch with reality to see that. As for Rivers state, it was a blatant corruption ( broad day rigging) by Wike, and unless they intend to remove Fubara completely such a thing will not happen in 2027. APC were making inroads into SS initially but this present administration has eroded almost all the gains of the past 8 years to the point that a sitting governor is threatening people with sack if they don't decamp with him. 2027 election will play out differently because Nigerians are hungry and angry than ever before, and that frustration is aimed at APC and Tinubu. When things were a bit fair APC won with just 2.6m votes against Obi and 1.8m against Atiku, things are much worse for the average Nigerian and a lot of people are dissatisfied with APC at the moment, there's going to be a serious downvote for APC all over the country, SS and SE especially. Politicians can decamp all they want but you see this two regions, they have pitched their tent already and it's not with APC. |

Dee60: Obi, Atiku, El-Rufai and their likes should not contest. Nigeria needs fresh hands with solid track of honest and visionary leadership to deliver the country from the southward drive we have found ourselves. This country is bleeding and should not be allowed to bleed to death. Oga just say that you're a Tinubu supporter and stop masquerading as someone who gives a damn about the progress of the country. Your initial point was that Atiku is a Fulani man who should let the South complete their term uninterrupted and also that the Fulani has misruled the country on several occasions. Fair enough, but Obi is neither a Fulani man nor has a track record of misappropriation or corruption and is currently the most upright candidate we have currently But Yet you don't want him either, you don't even want him to contest rather you want to manufacture a candidate that doesn't exist. |

Britishpea: If you have a working brain you would see that i only talked about those who endorsed him and not about economy or other things...Only talked about the reasons tey endorsed him..ALso stated that people who rant, cry, act to know more but know nothing and complanants general like you dont go out to vote....
However, you lots will keep crying as if you are the only ones feeling the heat of whatever any govt brings about...I had never complained during Buhari and Goodluck tenures, should i now start to complain about Tinubus regime?
If thety check the profiles of all the town criers on this forums and other forums, we will find out that those sets of people have always been criers and complaints general in every emerging govt...
They are lazy people who are looking for everything to remain soft.. People can complain but not that you should turn it intio a job. On every posts either it is related to the govt or tinubu or not they will always find a way to rant They're actually correct with their assessment of you and your mentality. So people shouldn't complain about the hardship because You who loves your chains and shackles did not complain? We should all practice suffering and smiling because Britishpea is comfortable with suffering. Your mentality is whack and very backward! There's nothing wrong in complaining and criticising the government all the time or occasionally, it is within your right to do so and the past governments including this incumbent has been very poor to say the least. And how did you arrive at the conclusion that those who complained are not voting? That's a very lazy thing to say and downright insulting to the majority of Nigerians who are going through a lot of hardship due to the government policies. From all you've said I can deduce that you're one of those Tinubu e warriors but you're too cowardly to come plain and own your sycophancy. |
Politics › Re: What Nigerians Think About Tinubu's Second Term Endorsements by IyfeNamikaze(m): 9:24am On May 23, 2025 |
Heffalump: Tinubu in his performance so far as the country's president has come under severe criticism and painful attacks because of some insensitive policies and his past penchant for corruption. Also, having rogues and day-light robbers frolicking around his government leaves little to be desired about.
That said, in a contest between the "Bad and the Worst" I will always go for the "Bad" out of helplessness. If the contest is between Atiku and Tinubu, I bet you Tinubu will be far better. I don't like him for so many reasons, but Atiku, the fulani man will be worst for Nigeria. Anytime a Southern president is in power the North will start agitating to snatch power. Give them power and they will mess up everything and send Nigeria back to 50 years beyond redemption. Isn't that crazy? If power must shift to the North again, it has to be North-Central. What if it's Tinubu and Obi, who would you vote for between the two? |

PDPdestroyer: Does Tinubu really expect or need any votes from that area to win in 2027? Their 90% votes couldn’t give victory to their own son, so what would their 5% votes do to Tinubu? It is not just SE, even SS are not going to vote Tinubu, North are going to Vote their own, the poverty caused by Tinubu policies has hit them the hardest. And unless Tinubu and his goons disenfranchise the non Yoruba indigens in Lagos, he's not winning there also. |

emkz: Peter Obi
What gave him the conviction that the funds were fraudulently inserted and misappropriated? He said he was convinced.
It seems to me that this alarm is to rile up his unthinking mob to deploy hate to create an avenue for political interests.
A sensible person would ask if the senate approved a supplementary budget bill and what areas the insertions were tied to. It is not unusual to have an emergency spending bill, but I doubt if Peter Obi would know this since he has not exactly demonstrated understanding of budgetary processes.
Since he has rushed to talk about criminality, combating corruption, misappropriation and financial recklessness, let's talk about it.
Has he removed the criminality in LP?
Has he removed the criminality in the handling of your campaign finances where party agents were not paid?
Has he tackled the recklessness where his inexperienced campaign team of Nollywood actors and social media dancers spent more money on post-election litigation than on the election itself?
Has he investigated why he was so incompetent to set up a party collation center?
People who want to rescue Nigeria from malfeasance, corruption and financial recklessness, but have not rescued themselves from pedestrian thinking or rescued their party from entrenched criminality and politcal thuggery. Your problem is not that $7 billion was inserted into the budget, your problem is that Obi is talking about it. He was a governor for 8 years in Anambra, of course he knows how budgets are done. |

When is his fidelity bank going to pay back the $125billion debts?, is that not corruption?. The money of depositors he collected to fund political campaigns, is that not corruption?. Hypocrite. His fidelity bank? He was just a director for some time, he doesn't own the bank. You people should try and be intelligent a bit with your "criticism". Furthermore, it's a sorry sight that a person who will obviously pride himself as an educated and enlightened fellow is attacking someone who's speaking up against the corruption in the Legislature. He didn't even blame Tinubu your paymaster here but because you lot have been programmed to automatically attack without thinking you jumped in and started attacking just like you're programmed to do. Do it even occur to you that in this very situation of budget padding that your paymaster, Tinubu, might be on Peter Obi's side on this? |

I will also advise you to start buy a new battery, the one on your phone has been compromised and might explode and damage your phone if you continue to use it. If you love your phone then replace that battery. |
